Drilling Licence and Groundwater Development Regulations, 2006 (L.I. 1827)
Regulation 4—Grant of drilling licence
(1) The Commission shall refuse to grant a licence to an applicant for reasons of
(a) public safety, or
(b) other reasonable justification.
(2) A licence granted by the Commission is subject to conditions specified in the licence.
