Drilling Licence and Groundwater Development Regulations, 2006 (L.I. 1827)
Regulation 6—Licence fee
(1) An applicant who qualifies for a licence shall pay a licence fee in accordance with the categories set out in the Second Schedule when the application is processed.
(2) The fees specified in the First and Second Schedules shall be used to defray the cost of groundwater management and regulation.
