Drilling Licence and Groundwater Development Regulations, 2006 (L.I. 1827)
Regulation 10—Prohibition of construction of well where licence is not renewed
A person who fails to renew a drilling licence issued by the Commission, or whose application for renewal is rejected by the Commission shall not construct or begin to construct a well for
(a) the abstraction of groundwater,
(b) the monitoring of, or research into groundwater.
