Pesticides Control And Management Act, 1996 (ACT 528)
Section 20: The Agency may issue a licence authorising the applicant to import, export, manufacture, distribute, advertise or sell pesticides if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the applicant will comply with the conditions required under the licence.
