Timber Resource Management and Legality Licensing Regulations, 2017 (L.I. 2254)
Regulation 13—Pre-qualification application forms
(1) An applicant seeking pre-qualification for the grant of large scale timber rights shall obtain an application form as specified in the First Schedule from the Commission upon payment of the fee that the Minister in consultation with the Commission may determine.
(2) On completion of an application form, the applicant shall submit the application to the Chief Executive who shall forward the application to the Timber Rights Evaluation Committee for consideration.
