Regulation 26—Social responsibility agreement
(1) The holder of a timber right shall negotiate a social responsibility agreement with communities in and around the contract area at the value of five per cent of the stumpage fee.
(2) A social responsibility agreement shall take into account the terms in the Social Responsibility Agreement Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
