Regulation 31—Scope of Legality Licensing
Legality Licensing applies to timber products specified in the Second and Third Schedules which are
(a) harvested within the country;
(b) imported into the country;
(c) destined for distribution and sale on the domestic market; or
(d) destined for export from the country.
