Insurance Act, 2006 (Act 724)
Section 30: (1) The Commission may, on giving thirty days' written notice to an insurer (a) vary or revoke a condition for a licence, or
(b) impose new conditions on the insurer.
(2) An insurer may apply to the Commission in writing for a licence condition to be revoked or varied:
(3) Where, on an application made under subsection (2), the Commission is satisfied that the condition for a licence is no longer necessary or should be varied, it may revoke or vary the
(4) Where the Commission revokes or varies a condition for a licence or imposes a new condition, the insurer shall deliver its licence to the Commission for the licence to be varied accordingly.
