Insurance (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1967 LI 551

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Member of the National
Liberation Council responsible for Ministry of Finance by section 57 of the Insurance Act, 1965 (Act 288), this regulation is hereby made 
The Insurance Regulations, 1966 (L.I. 497), as subsequently amended by the Insurance (Amendment) Regulations, 1967
C (L.I. 538), are hereby further amended by the addition at the end of paragraph (1) of regulation 2, of the following 
"Provided that in the case of a stock insurance business, the paid-up capital shall not be less than Two hundred thousand New Cedis."
