Textile Designs (Registration) ACT, 1973 (NRCD 213)
Section 14: (1) The Registrar may, in accordance with the provisions of this section, correct any error in an application for the registration or any error in the register of textile designs.
(2) A correction may be made in pursuance of this section either upon a request in writing made by the person interested and accompanied by the prescribed fee, or by the Registrar on his own and without such a request:
Provided that the correction shall not be allowed if it will substantially change the design.
