Textile Designs (Registration) ACT, 1973 (NRCD 213)
Section 20: On the request of any person furnishing such information as may enable the Registrar to identify a design, and on the payment of the prescribed fee, the Recta may inform him whether the design is registered, and is currently on the register and may state the date of registration and the name and address of the registered proprietor and any other information required by that person.
