Public Health Act, 2012 (Act 851)
Section 129: A person who contravenes sections 111 to 124 commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than seven thousand five hundred penalty units and not more than fifteen thousand penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not less than fifteen years and not more than twenty-five years or to both.
