Adentan Municipal Assembly (Operation of Commercial Vehicles) Bye-Law, 2017
Para 10 A commercial vehicle registered under a permit shall be revoked by the AdMA if the vehicle is not road worthy or otherwise in contravention with any road traffic regulations in force at the time of or any other provisions of this Bye-law.
Procedure to Follow
Para 3 An applicant submitting an application for the renewal of a license shall submit to the licensing officer.
(a) His current driver’s license and
(b) Payment of prescribed fees
