Para 32 Any person who contravenes any provision of this Bye-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of 100 penalty units in default to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months.
Procedure to Follow
Para 3 An applicant submitting an application for the renewal of a license shall submit to the licensing officer.
(a) His current driver’s license and
(b) Payment of prescribed fees
