Ga East Municipal Assembly (Operation of Commercial Vehicles) Bye-Law, 2016
Para 8 (a) A vehicle without such permit shall pay a spot fine to be fixed by a resolution of the Assembly before being allowed to regularize its registration under the appropriate operating permit;
(b) Every licensed driver shall, on being requested by a member of the Police Service or officers duly authorized by the Assembly, produce his commercial driving license and sticker to the task force.
