Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (Control of Vehicles) Bye-law, 2017
2. (I) the licensee shall, not later than fifteen days after the expiration of the period for which the license in respect of the vehicle was granted, deliver up the license and present the vehicle for renewal thereof.
1. If the licensee conforms to the provisions of this Bye-law and the vehicle complies with the conditions necessary for granting of a license, the Licensing Officer. shall renew the license.
