Trademarks Regulations, 1970 (L.I. 667)
Regulation 15:
(1) The prescribed time for giving notice of opposition under section 18 (2) of the Act shall be two months.
(2) If registration is opposed on the ground that the mark resembles marks already on the register, the numbers of such trade marks and the numbers of the Daily Graphic or other periodical circulating in Ghana in which they have been advertised shall be set out.
(3) The notice shall I-e accompanied by a copy which the Registrar shall forthwith send to the applicant.
