Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015
Regulation 1: A contractor, subcontractor, licensee or any other person shall not engage in petroleum activities or provide a service in the upstream petroleum industry unless the contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other person has
(a) registered with the Commission; and
(b) obtained a permit from the Commission.
