Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015
Regulation 4: (l) A subcontractor, licensee or other person that is not registered with the Commission but intends to bid for a contract shall, before submitting a bid for the contract,
(a) apply to the Commission for a Bidding Permit; and
(b) pay in respect of the Bidding Permit, the fee specified in Part 7 of the Second Schedule.
(2) A permit issued under subregulation (1) is valid for a period of three months.
