Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015
Regulation 6: A person shall not lift crude oil from Ghana's maritime jurisdiction unless that person has
(a) obtained a permit from the Commission; and
(b) paid, in respect of the permit, the fee specified in Part 9 of the Second Schedule.
