Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015
Regulation 7: The Commission may,
(a) on an application by a contractor, and
(b) upon the payment of the fee specified in Part 1 of the Third Schedule, issue to the contractor a Drilling and Well Designation Permit.
