Renewable Energy Act, 2011(ACT 832)
Section 20: Where the Board grants a licence to an applicant to produce and supply a renewable energy product, the licensee shall
(a) manufacture and assemble that renewable energy product;
(b) install, generate and supply electrical energy; or
(c) produce bio-fuel or woodfuel in accordance with the directives of the Commission.
