Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 2-(1) Application for a developer's licence shall be in Form 1 specified in the Schedule to these Regulations, the form may be obtained from the Secretary to the Board and shall be submitted on completion to the Executive Secretary.
(2) The form shall consist of an original copy and three duplicates and shall on submission be accompanied with the following documents of the applicant—
(a) copies of certificate of incorporation;
(b) copies of company regulations;
(c) partnership agreement where applicable; and
(d) any other document the Board may direct.
