Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 4 -applicant whose application is rejected for failure to satisfy any licensing condition on first application, may re-submit a fresh application for consideration by the Board; and the fresh application shall be dealt with within a period of 28 working days after the date of its receipt at the Secretariat of the Board.
