Insolvency Act,2006 (ACT 708)
Section 74(1)
A person who does an act in contravention of a duty imposed on that person as a debtor or as the representative of a deceased debtor by or under this Act commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than two hundred penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not less than three years or to community service.
(2) Subsection (1) is without prejudice to the power of the High Court to issue a warrant in relation to a debtor under section 28 of this Act, or to punish a person for contempt of court or for an offence under the Criminal Code, 1960 (Act 29.)
