Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 8 -A developer shall in his operations comply with the environmental regulations, standards, procedures and requirements laid by the Environmental Protection Agency; and shall accordingly within the free zone adopt operational practices which promote a safe and healthy environment in the free zone.
