Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 11 -(1) A person who intends to operate as an enterprise in a free zone for a manufacture, commercial or service activity under the Act shall submit a completed relevant application in Form 4, 5 or 6 specified in the Schedule to these Regulations to the Executive Secretary to the Board.
(2) The form shall consist of an original and three duplicates and shall be submitted with the following documents of the applicant—
(a) copies of certificate of incorporation;
(b) copies of company regulations;
(c) partnership agreement where applicable;
(d) tax clearance certificate, where applicable;
(e) evidence of possession or lease of real property or intention to acquire the property; and
(f) any other document the Board may direct.
