Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 22 -(1) A foreign free zone investor or employee may obtain an entry visa from a Ghana Mission abroad or its accredited representative, but the permit may be obtained on arrival at a point of entry in Ghana if the Director of the Immigration Service has prior notification from the Board concerning the arrival of the investor or employee.
(2) A foreign investor or employee may be issued a temporary entry permit on arrival at a point of entry in the country pending the determination of his status by the Immigration Service in consultation with the Board.
