Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)

Regulation 29 -(1) Goods and semi processed products of a free zone enterprise may be temporarily exported to the national customs territory on approval from C.E.P.S. for a period not exceeding three months for further processing and returned to the free zone for final processing of manufacture and eventual export.
(2) Form 10 in the Schedule to these regulations shall be used for the purposes of temporarily exporting goods and shall be completed and delivered to the customs officer at the customs checkpoint.
