Section 15 (2): The Commissioner-General may replace a Taxpayer Identification Number or Tax Clearance Certificate that has been cancelled by issuing a new Taxpayer Identification Number in accordance with section 13 or a new Tax Clearance Certificate in accordance with section 14.
