COCOA INDUSTRY (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1968 L.I 586
Regulation 23:
Any owner or his agent who considers that the of cocoa by grade-mark on any bag of cocoa belonging to him request. does not denote correctly the grade of the cocoa contained therein may apply to the Inspector and shall be entitled to have the cocoa re-inspected and re-graded as appropriate. Such an applicant shall pay a fee of three new pesewas per bag to have his cocoa re-inspected, and the fee shall be returned to the applicant if his contention is justified."
