Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Bye-law or of any direction or any of the conditions of any license issued thereunder commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of at least 100 penalty units and at most 250 penalty units, or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months, or to both.
