Regulation 18 (7)
A power-driven fishing vessel of less than 7 metres in length and whose maximum speed does not exceed 7 knots or a fishing vessel, including a canoe, not driven by power when underway or at anchor may, instead of the lights prescribed in sub-regulation (4) exhibit an all-round white light.
