Insurance Regulations, 1990 (LI 1502)
Regulation 12 Certificates of Solvency to the Commission. The certificate of solvency to be furnished by life insurers and non-life insurers for purposes of section 39 of the Law shall; (a) in the case of life insurance business, be as in Form NIC/03/90 specified in Part I of the Schedule; (b) in the case of non-life insurance business be as in Form NIC/04/90 specified in Part I of the Schedule.
