Gaming Act, 2006 (ACT 721)
Section 14(2) (2) The Commission shall not grant a licence if any of the directors of the applicant company has (a) been adjudged insolvent or bankrupt and has not been discharged,(b) made an assessment or an arrangement or composition with creditors which has not been rescinded or set aside; or(c) been convicted by a court or tribunal of an offence involving fraud or dishonesty and an appeal against the conviction has not been brought or having been brought was withdrawn or dismissed.
