• IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Trade by section 7 of the Control of Prices Act, 1962 (Act 113) these Regulations are made this 2nd day of April, 1962.
    1. (1) Any person who carries on a trade or business involving the selling of any goods in relation to which maximum prices have maximum  been fixed by the Minister under section 1 of the Control of Prices prices. Act, 1962 (Act 113) shall, for the information of the public, at all times and in such form and manner as the Minister may direct keep displayed on the premises where he sells the goods a copy of the list of maximum prices so fixed and for the time being in force.
    (2) Any local authority or other person which or who builds, maintains or operates any market shall at all times and in such form as the Minister may direct keep displayed at the entrance to the market and in such other places on or within the market as the Minister may direct copies of the list of maximum prices fixed under the said Act and for the time being in force.
    (3)

    Any person who contravenes sub-regulations (1) or (2) of this regulation or who, without the authority of the Minister or of a Price Inspector or of any other person authorised in that behalf by the Minister removes, defaces, mutilates or intermeddles with a list displayed in accordance with either of the said sub-regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred pounds or to imprisonment not exceeding twelve months or both.
