Pesticides Control And Management Act, 1996 (ACT 528)
Section 19: An application to import, export, manufacture, distribute, advertise or sell pesticides shall be made to the Agency in a form determined by the Agency and shall be accompanied with such fee and information as the Agency shall determine.
