(1) These regulations shall not apply to petty traders (2) In this regulation " petty traders " includes any person selling goods in a market, a hawker, a street seller, and any person carrying on a trade or business of selling goods otherwise than as a body corporate or firm or as an agent of a body corporate or firm or other than a person required under the Registration of Business Names Ordinance (Cap. 177) to be registered
