Pesticides Control And Management Act, 1996 (ACT 528)
Section 17:
(1) No person shall import, export, manufacture, distribute, advertise or sell any pesticide except in accordance with a licence issued under this Act.
(2) Any licence issued under this Act shall be subject to such conditions as may be specified in relation to it and to any other conditions as the Agency may from time to time prescribe for the licence.
