Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) as amended by the Electronic Transactions (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Act 838)
Section 34 (1) &(2): (1) Subject to the conditions and restrictions that may be specified by law, the Agency may, by notification in the Gazette, recognise a foreign entity as a certifying agency.
(2) Where a foreign entity is recognized, as a certifying agency, service and products issued by a person pursuant to the directives of that foreign certifying agency are valid.
