Section 82: (1) There is established by this Act an appeal tribunal, known as the Information Communication Technology Tribunal referred to in this Act as "the Tribunal". (2) The Tribunal shall be convened on an adhoc basis to consider an appeal (a) against a decision or order made by the Agency, (b) on a particular matter under a licence, and (c) on a decision of the Dispute Resolution Committee.
