Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) as amended by the Electronic Transactions (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Act 838)
Section 85: (1) A person affected by a decision of the Agency or the Dispute Resolution Committee may appeal against the decision by notice of appeal to the Tribunal in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Tribunal. (2) The notice of appeal shall be sent within twenty-eight days after the date the decision is announced or the date of receipt of the decision that is being appealed against.
