Section 47: (5) The supplier shall utilise a payment system that is sufficiently secure with reference to accepted technological standards at the time of the transaction and the type of transaction concerned.
(6) The supplier is liable for damage suffered by a consumer due to failure by the supplier to apply a secure payment system.
