Introduction
In exercise of the powers conferred on the P.N.D.C. Secretary for Finance and Economic Planning by section 36 of the Investment Code, 1985, (P.N.D.C.L. 116), and on the advice of the Board of the Ghana Investment Centre these Regulations are made this 9th day of September1992.
