GHANA MARITIME SECURITY ACT, 2004
AN ACT to give effect to Chapter XI-2 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea,
1974 (SOLAS) as amended;
to enhance maritime safety and maritime;
to create a legal
framework for effective compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Code
(ISPS) in this country;
and to provide for related matters
