Introduction
AN ACT to establish a Nuclear Regulatory Authority;
to provide for the regulation and management of activities and practices for the peaceful use of nuclear material or energy, radioactive material or radiation;
to provide for the protection of persons and the environment against the harmful effects of radiation hazards; to ensure the effective implementation of the country's international obligations and for related matters.
