Introduction
IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Petroleum by subsections (1) and (2) of section 94 of the Petroleum Petroleum (Exploration and Production) Act, 2016 (Act 919), these Regulations are made this 14th day of November, 2017.
