GHANA MARITIME AUTHORITY ACT, 2002
AN ACT to establish the Ghana Maritime Authority with the responsibility to
monitor regulate and
coordinate activities in the maritime industry,
responsibility to implement the provisions of
enactments on shipping,
to provide for the governing body of the Authority,
and to provide for
related matters.
