Introduction
In exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Trade and Industry by paragraphs (f), (g) and (r) of section 80 of the Ghana Standards Authority Act, 2022 (Act 1078) and on the advice of the Board, these Regulations are made this 22nd day of November, 2023.
