Electrical Wiring Regulations, 2012 (L.I. 2008)
Regulation 4 Quality of materials for electrical wiring A person shall not use a material for electrical wiring unless that material is
(a) capable of maintaining the integrity of an electrical equipment or installation under environmental conditions stipulated by the manufacturer of the material for electrical wiring; and
(b) approved by the Standards Authority.
